ABOUT

Ang Weddings and Events is a boutique event planning company founded by Tzo Ai Ang and based in New York City.  Tzo Ai has planned intimate affairs for 40 guests to more elaborate weddings for 200 guests.  She has worked at venues such as the Angel Orensanz Foundation, New Leaf Restaurant, Bridgewaters, Per Se Restaurant, St. Bartholomew's Church, Harold Pratt House and Peterson Hall, NYIT de Seversky Mansion, Wave Hill and Ziegfeld Theatre.  Ang Weddings and Events is a proud member of New York Magazine Weddings editor's pick of planners.  Tzo Ai's work has been featured in Style Me Pretty, Once Wed and Merci New York.

With a focus on client service, she aims to provide personalized attention throughout the planning process. She will use her keen organizational skills and calm demeanor to make sure everything is executed flawlessly. She wants to help you to create a truly memorable event.  Tzo Ai loves the personal relationships she forms with her clients.  A wedding is such a joyful and emotional celebration.  The privilege of helping couples plan their weddings is something she finds very meaningful and rewarding.

Tzo Ai has a diverse background, having lived in four countries over three continents. Her passion for travelling and foods of different cultures are elements she brings to planning unique events for her clients. She enjoys helping couples personalize their weddings using their background, culture, careers and things that inspire them. She has worked with many multi-cultural couples.  

Previously a Vice President at a global investment bank, Tzo Ai managed relationships with some of its largest clients. She brings the same commitment to professionalism and strong work ethic to planning weddings.  She works around her clients' schedules, meeting them during evenings and weekends - whenever is most convenient for them.  Prior to Ang Weddings and Events, Tzo Ai worked with an established New York event planner on various events, including the Gen Art Film Festival. 

Tzo Ai speaks English and Mandarin. She holds a B.A. and M.Eng. from Trinity College, Cambridge University.

SERVICES

Ang Weddings and Events offers a range of event planning services from month of coordination to full event planning.  Depending on your planning needs, Tzo Ai will create a bespoke package to best suit you.  She will plan and execute an event with her excellent project management skills and use her keen eye to make sure everything is elegant and chic.

For clients looking for full planning, she works with couples right from the beginning of the process, creating budgets, drawing up time lines, scouting locations and providing vendor recommendations.  Tzo Ai will be the primary contact for all the vendors involved and manage the entire planning process.

For clients that have done most of their wedding planning, but want someone experienced to take over and make sure everything goes smoothly on the wedding day, she starts working with couples a month out from the wedding.  Tzo Ai will be the primary contact for the month up to the wedding day.  She will oversee vendors and handle management of the entire event.
