I Do Wedding Dances

Great teacher. Our dance was very well choreographed.

My husband and I are not really into dancing but we decided we just wanted to learn one song for our first dance. We told Helene our song and as soon as we arrived she had a whole routine choreographed just for us. You could tell she put a lot of time into listening to every word of our song and that every step was planned with the lyrics in mind. In one hour (I know hard to believe!) we learned a whole routine and she even videotaped it so we could practice at home. Everyone at the reception was talking all night about how much they liked our first dance and how they were very surprised by it being that we are not dancers at all! Helene was great to work with and I would recommend her to all bride's looking for a great first dance.

Our experience with Helene was superb! We were thrilled to find someone who was able to choreograph a dance TO our song. She was patient with us & the fact that she videotaped the final run through for us to practice to helped alleviate some of the pressure & stress!All of our guests loved our dance routine and we were happy with our experience.

We learned our dance in less than 2 hours, and had lots of fun, however I would have preferred in the end to spend more time (and maybe more money) refining the dance (and our moves!) so that we looked more polished.

I Do Wedding Dances was a good fit for what we were looking for. We didn't have a lot of time to go to multiple dance lessons, so it was great that we were able to learn the whole dance in one afternoon and have the video as a reference. Also, I Do Wedding Dances created a dance that was perfect for our skill level, and had worked out most of the steps before we arrived (which saved a lot of time). We had fun learning the dance and it was a big hit at the wedding!
