Lindsey did an amazing job on our cake. AMAZING JOB. It was hands down the most delicious and beautiful cake ever. We requested a more traditional wedding cake with loads of piping on it. From the three sketches to the fact that she didn't waver once when we requested two additional tastings, the whole experience was great. The cake was amazing.

Everything came out exactly as I envisioned! Our 20th Wedding Anniversary Cake was a total work of art - exactly how we wanted it to look, very intricate with many handmade sugar flowers. I can't say enough how amazingly delicious it was as well as how perfect it looked - too good to eat (although we did!). Everyone I spoke to couldn't stop raving about how moist it was. If I ever need another cake for a special function, Elegantly Iced is my go-to decorator!

I worked as a cake decorator beside Lindsey for almost 2 years. She was by far the most skilled decorator in the shop, always taking her time to make sure every detail came out perfectly. She's a tireless perfectionist with a great eye for style that was reflected beautifully in each unique creation. Anyone would be lucky to work with such a talented woman.

i have been the guest at two weddings where lindsey gamble designed and made the cakes and both were works of art. not only are her cakes elegantly stunning and delicious, but her ability to beautifully replicate the flowers as they are found in nature is remarkable. she is a perfectionist and each of her cakes looks and feels like it was inspired by and created for that event and that event only. you feel as if she never has and never will create that particular cake again, which i think makes a special day even more special. if you hire elegantly iced for your wedding, undoubtedly the cake will become the second center of attention (after the bride, of course!)

I first had one of Lindsey's cakes at my birthday party. My fiance wanted to do something special and he had one of her cakes made for me. It was absolutely amazing! Since then I have seen other cakes made by Lindsey and they are all works of art. The details are so perfect that the flowers look just like real flowers. We chose Lindsey to make our wedding cake and the process has been wonderful. She has been extremely responsive and patient during the design process (thankfully she talked my fiance out of having a nude couple on the cake!) and I cannot wait to see our finished cake!

I've been to two weddings where Lindsey has designed and created the wedding cakes. The cakes have been absolutely gorgeous with amazing attention to detail. Quite simply, the flowers on the cake were mistaken as real! While I know Lindsey and what she is capable of doing, what struck me the most was everyone else's reaction. They were a memorable part of the evening!

Lindsey's attention to detail is absolutely incredible and it shows in everything she makes. The creativity and fashionable design that she brings to the table will blow you out of the water. Not to mention her flowers! The beauty of each of her cakes makes you loathe to cut into it....until you taste it and just want more! I have catered weddings and special events for 8 years and have yet to see any other cake that could compare to those from Elegantly Iced. There will not be a single person in the room who won't marvel at an Elegantly Iced masterpiece

Work of Art!! That's how i can describe my wedding cake from Elegantly Iced. It looked too good to eat an just want to just stare at it for days but couldn't help but to eat it. All of my guests stared at it too before indulging themselves. Pricing was great and around my budget goal for a cake and was beyond my expectations of a traditional wedding cake.

Words cannot express how lovely is was working with Lindsey. She was able to turn our vision into a reality and made us our dream cake. Her attention to detail, especially the handmade flowers, was incredible and the flavors were spot on. The lemon cake was light and flavorful and the chocolate cake was rich without being too sweet. Cake designer/decorator Lindsey Gamble is a genius! Not only are her cakes beautiful but they are the best I have ever tasted, they are moist and her eclectic pairing of flavors is to die for.The first time I saw her cake was at my cousin's wedding, which had the most elegant and botanically correct flowers I have ever witnessed on a cake. The reason I have such a strong opinion of Lindsey is because I use to work at a bakery that did high end cakes and we tried to produce what Lindsey is able to achieve. It is not easy, she truly a master of her craft; if you have an event coming definitely go to Elegantly Iced Cakes!!!!!!!

Lindsey did the cake for my wedding. I'll have to admit, as the groom, I took a back seat in the planning of things, however, in our meetings, Lindsey was absolutely professional and dependable leading up to the event. And the work...absolutely stunning. One of Lindsey's specialties is handmade sugar flowers...so realistic that it wasn't until a conversation the next day that my mother realized the flowers were not real! I would absolutely recommend her art for any special event.

We have eaten and viewed at least three of Lindsey's cakes. THEY are almost too beautiful to eat, and the cakes have all been moist and lucious. Her latest creation of a sesame street character for us was fabulous as well. The creativity is amazing and a memory for whatever occasion you choose. She will be on TV with her own show in no time!!
