Romantique Limo were not the least expensive choice, but we like the selection of the fleet and the general upkeep of the vehicles. The limo drivers were friendly, helpful and actually arrived early on the day of. I would recommend this vendor.

My husband and I used Romantique in Staten Island for our limo service for our wedding. We had a great experience with them, from the moment we went to inquire there. We dealt with Nick, who knew everything there is to know about limos, and was very detail-oriented. He made me feel very comfortable that we would be satisfied with the service on our wedding day. He did not disappoint in the least. Not only were the limos on time, clean, and beautiful, but the drivers were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me get out of the limo, into the church, and even helped with the processional. I am so grateful to have booked with Romantique. They truly helped make our day so special, and I would recommend this company to all brides and grooms to be! Thanks so much Romantique!!!

We went to the Staten Island office (at 2041 Hylan Blvd.) and dealt with the Manager there. He basically reminded me of a used car salesman pushing limos off on people.A few months later I called to make an appointment in mid-April because I was going to be in Staten Island (we live in Manhattan) to go over specific details/times etc. after I made the appointment with the secretary I got a call from the manager asking WHY I was coming in. I explained the situation and he immediately told me that they "don't EVER do that, because brides are always changing their minds/the weather/etc. etc. he would only talk to me the week before the wedding." Immediately that turned me off. Don't tell me what I'm going to do, I'm paying you to do us a service. So we went in a few days later and I won't get into specifics but the Manager and my fiancee (now husband) got into a screaming match (essentially I asked to change one of the cars, he told me I was giving him an attitude, my husband got defensive) eventually the Manager walking out because he was too upset to work. Eventually he took one of the cars off and listened to what I had to say but it was very uncomfortable and unprofessional.I never heard from them the week before the wedding and just hoped for the best. The day of the wedding I was nervous the limos wouldn't even show up. They did show up on time and were fine, nothing out of the ordinary. I found out later that one driver refused to let my new 10 year old niece into the family limo because he didn't want her in the car without her parents (even though her grandparents were in the car). He yelled at her to go with her parents in the van we had rented. She is very shy to begin with so she didn't answer back and just ran away.Anyway, between the Manager being the most unprofessional businessman I have ever dealt with and the Limo driver being rude to one of my guests I'm glad I can give them negative stars. The only thing I can say they were nice about was letting us cancel a car- but I'm sure they were able to rent it right back out again. The value was good too, but I would have rather paid more for better service.

Romantique was awesome!! Both my sister and I used romantique - i used the awesome 40-passenger party bus!! definitely i great choice its got a bar bathroom and enough room to stand up and walk around

Romantique was awesome!! Both my sister and I used the same cars - a rolls royce (hers white and mine black) and an awesome 40-passenger party bus!! Nick, the manager, was great and helpful and Alex and Jerry, the drivers were awesome as well! They helped direct the bridesmaids before the ceremony and also helped fluff my veil and fix my dress.I definitely would recommend them to any future brides!

The drivers at Romantique are so unprofessional it's ridiculous. We booked a limo for our wedding well in advance and went over all the details prior to the wedding. We only booked one limo and they were picking up all the guys and bring them to the ceremony and then coming back for the girls. I paid in advance with the required tip included and everything was supposed to have been sorted out prior to the wedding day. First, the driver NEVER called to tell me he was at my hotel to pick me up. 45 minutes after they were supposed to be there, I finally called and asked where they were. My husband text me an hour before telling me he was already there so I should have been picked up soon. I'm told the driver had been waiting for me. How am I supposed to know he's there while in a hotel room if he doesn't call?!?!? I'm then told the next day that since the driver when through the Battery tunnel he needed an additional $11 and proceed to ask all of my groomsmen when dropping them off for the money. One even gave it to him!! If he desperately needed this money, why was I not told when I payed a week in advance? Was it necessary to harass my bridal party for money on my wedding day?? How unprofessional and rude to ask my guests to pay when it wasn't even necessary..there are free bridges!! Please go somewhere else for a limo..

Romantique was ok, nothing to write home about. The limo was on time to my house, but the driver was probably shocked that I was on time because when I went down the stairs he was sitting inside and did not come out to help us in until he saw we just did it ourselves. And this is after I was walking down the stairs all ready and even said "we're coming down". The limo smelled like cigarettes and was hot, he said the AC was going to start cooling shortly. The driver was polite but didn't really do anything special. In his defense we went to the ceremony, took our pictures in the garden and went to the reception venue which was located 20 minutes away. I'm sure he's used to doing weddings were he drives all over the place and is very involved but this was not the case. When we arrived at the venue I paid him the extra hour we took (since it was planned) and the 20% tip his boss said we should pay as well as an extra $20 and he didn't seem too happy with that. Again, had it been a different situation where we interacted with him maybe it would've been different but he didn't do much for us.The limo was beautiful and they do have a lot different options for largers parties. I would recommend them they did a good job, just definitely didn't blow our minds.

The limos were all on time and they took care of every detail , including the church runner, and asked if I wanted the runner just for me or for the entire bridal party... i thought that was a nice touch and added a little bit of drama to roll out the runner for my arrival. they were all very nice and the bridal party had a great time

Don't mess with your transportation. These folks know exactly what they are doing it because they have been doing it for years. They have cars in SI and Bklyn, and they are very professional and you won't have to worry about anyone being late or not showing up. The prices are fair and they are very sweet (my limo showed up 30 min early because he was worried about being late because of the rain). They put the runner down for me in the church w/o me asking and had complimentary champagne for me and the groom on the way out of the church. They have the newest limos and some beautiful old ones (in mint condition). My sister is getting married next year and is using them too. Highly recommend.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY DISSAPOINTING. FIRST OF ALL THE DRIVER CALLED ME THE DAY BEFORE TO GET MY EXACT ADDRESS PICK UP INFO. HE WENT TO THE WRONG BORO. WHEN HE CALLED TO SAY HE WAS IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE HE WAS IN BROOKLYN NOT STATEN ISLAND AND HE WAS 1/2 HOUR LATE. I THEN CALLED THE COMPANY TO COMPLAIN AND HAVE THIS FIXED AND THE UPGRADED MY CAR TO A PHANTOM ROLLS ROYCE BUT WHEN IT CAME THE DRIVER WAS SLOPPY AND THERE WAS NO CHAMPAGNE IN THE CAR. AND I FELT LIKE I WAS BEING RUSHED OUT OF THE CAR INSTEAD OF BEING ABLE TO GET MY FULL TIME WORTH. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

When it came time for my wedding there was only ONE choice for my limo's and that was Romantique !!! after working with this company for many years on the Ricki Lake show there was no other company I would want to be with me on my wedding day !! The drivers and staff are amazing I had the huge party bus and to this day everyone is still raving about it and how much fun we had ! I HIGHLY recommend them 100%

Very disappointed with the limo ride. We used the Staten Island location. Only had to go 40 minutes NW of Staten Island to NJ. The driver used the GPS, which got us lost, but we all knew how to get there, a simple ride over the turnpike to 78w. We wound up in Bayonne somewhere, and we couldn't turn around because the traffic was backed up for miles on the other side. He then drove back into staten island, only to go over the goethals bridge again back into NJ. We were all miserable and nauseous by the time we got there. It was embarrassing and very stressful.
